We know quite well that we -girls- are always confused.

If you didn't like what you've ordered, we've got your back!

You can try the item on the spot while the courier is waiting.. We accept exchanges and refunds only on the spot,

Once the courier leaves we won’t be able to accept any exchanges or refunds.

Please note that delivery fees has to be paid in all situations.

Orders are well inspected and packed with full care.

However, if you received any defected item, you can exchange the item with no charges incurred. But please make sure to keep the item as it is.
